Refund Policy

At Native Bloom Landscape Design, we value the time, effort, and creativity that goes into every consultation and design. Please review the following refund policy carefully before purchasing or booking any service:

Consultation Fees All consultation fees are non-refundable. If you choose to move forward with any design package, your consultation fee will be credited toward your design deposit.

Design Fees Design fees are non-refundable once any portion of design work has commenced. This includes preliminary research, site analysis, concept development, and digital drafting.

Design Revisions Each design package includes one first draft, a second draft based on your feedback, and a third draft as a courtesy. Revisions beyond this will be billed at an hourly rate. Additional revision fees are also non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your consultation appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the consultation fee.

Service Limitations As we only provide conceptual landscape design services and not physical installation, Native Bloom is not responsible for construction quality or outcomes related to contractor work. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with third-party services.
